Landing page

  • This is the page you will see after you have successfully logged in. You will see a number of helpful information at the top of the page that’s in relation to your company/farm. This includes finances, golden bales/prize boxes/labor hours accumulated, server time, and the season the server is in.
  • Menu: From here you can select any of the different website features that are available to you.
  • Left Box - Upper: This is where your current FSN level, XP, and daily rewards button is shown. Click on the rewards button to get your daily reward for logging into the website!
  • Left Box - Middle: This is where special items are listed that you can participate in, such as Make A Wish(Christmas) and our very own Swear Jar for all you salty farmers.
  • Alerts: This is where you can see any relevant alerts for you. These could be a notice about new invoices for you to take care of, or an alert about an agreement status change. New alerts will be implemented over time.
  • Donation/Goals section: This is where you would see any information relevant to donations or FSN goals.
  • Sync button: This is where you would give your fellow players a notice via discord when you are about to join a server.
    • Server: Select which server it is that you are going to join
    • Sync incoming button: Clicking this will submit a notification to discord showing players you are about to connect to the server.
  • Support ticket/suggestions: This is the section where you can utilize to submit any types of tickets or suggestions for the FSN team.
    • Ticket type: Select what type it is that you would like to submit
    • Screenshot, or link to mod page: As the title states, this is where you would put your relevant link.
    • Details: This is where you would fill out any relevant details for the ticket you are submitting. Please be sure to make it understandable and as detailed as you feel you need it to be. When submitting mods, please provide good details as to why you believe it would be a good fit for FSN.
    • Submit ticket: Click this once you have filled out any relevant ticket/suggestion information.

Myself Menu

  • My Profile: The my profile page shows information about you. This includes your profile pic, Name, nationality, farm id, role, permits, comments, recent activity, and recent achievements.
  • My Business
    • Farm Hand Management: Feature is still under construction
    • Field Work: This is where you would go to keep track of any field work you do. Anything that is inputted into this area is stored in the database. In the future, features will be coming that will show the data that is stored, so you can accurately see how a field is doing for you. This is how to use it.
      • Select the server you are currently working on.
      • Input the field number. If there is no field number, simply put in 0.
      • Select the type of work you are currently doing.
      • Once that is done, you can click Begin field work. By clicking that, it will input the information into the database, and then will show it below under the “Mark Open Work as Complete” section.
      • Once you have completed the work for that field, or job, simply select “Complete Work” and submit it. It will then vanish from that section, and update in the database that it was completed.
      • If for some reason you are unable to finish it, or need to cancel it. (I.E. You were able to hire help to do the job), you can simply select “Cancel Job” and submit. This will update the database accordingly and then it will vanish from the section.
    • Crop Sales: This is where you would go to keep track of all your crop sales that you have done. This is how to use it.
      • Select the server you are selling from
      • Select the type of crop you are selling.
      • Input the quantity in Liters or Bales
      • From what field (Leave blank if no field or unknown)
      • Crop price per 1000 Liters.
      • Then click “Submit Sale”
    • Crop Planner: This is a tool that was added to help you calculate when a harvest might be ready, due to the types of changes the seasons mod has brought.
      • Simply select the season you are planting in.
      • Click the “Proceed to Crop Selection” button
      • Select the type of crop it is.
      • Click the “Get info” button
      • It will then give you a list of growth phases, and harvest time you can expect. (Note: These are also in the game itself via a graph, but we wanted to offer a chance to use the site if you’re not in the game.)
    • Equipment: This section is where you can see any equipment that belongs to your company.
      • From here you can edit any equipment you own. These changes can be as follows:
        • Remove button: By clicking this, it will remove the equipment from the list. This is used when you have sold equipment either via the auction house, or to the store in game. (Please note, the store in game selling value is much lower. So we recommend using the auction house to try and get the value you want.)
        • Transfer to selection: Here you would select the farm/company you are transferring the equipment to.
        • Once completed with the above, click the transfer button, which has a small fee associated with it. Which will automatically be deducted from your web account if you have enough funds available.
    • Import/Export: This feature is still currently under construction. More to come when it’s released.
    • Task Manager: Here you can manage and create tasks for yourself or your business. Anyone with the create task right can make a task, and anyone in your business can complete a task. When the task is completed a notification will be generated for everyone in the business.
      • Task Detail: Specify what the task is.
      • Which Server: Here you will select which server you are on.
      • Repeat: You can select two options. Never repeat, and Daily (Midnight)
      • Add New Task Button: You will click this when ready to submit.
      • Once submitted, your task/s will appear in the table on the page.
  • Purchase Equipment: This section is where you would go to show you have or need to purchase equipment in game. It’s important to do this, as it will affect your NAV, which the better it is, the better the loans are that you can take out from the website banks.
    • Server to purchase on section: This is where you would select the server that you are purchasing equipment on.
    • Item Category: This is where you would select the category the equipment is found under in game.
    • You would then click the “Next Step” button to get to the next page.
    • Equipment section: You would choose the type of equipment to buy or that you have purchased.
    • Delivery Option: Select the type of delivery option that is required.
      • No delivery needed: (This option is only available on home map, and will void any costs to you for the purchase/delivery.)
      • Deliver to main farm:
      • Delivery somewhere on home server:
      • Export to another server. No local delivery:
      • Export to another, and deliver.
      • Delivery Instructions and comments: Use this section to leave any other information that may be important for staff to know in regards to this equipment.
      • Delivery time frame.
        • Store Lot: 12-24 Hours
        • Home Server Delivery: 24-36 Hours
        • Export Lot: 36-48 Hours
        • Export Plus Delivery: 48-60 Hours
      • Finalize Order: Use this button to finalize the order.
  • Data Center: This is the area where you can get statistical data. Be advised, this portion is still under construction.
    • Map: You would select from a number of choices from the drop down menu.
      • All Maps
      • Or one of the servers that we currently have.
    • Select View: Here you would choose an option for it to show you statistical data.
      • Owned field data
      • Owned vehicle data
      • Financial overview
      • Market data
      • Competitor data
      • View Data Button: Once you’ve chosen your selections, use this to submit and see the results.
  • My Permits: This section will show you all the permits that you currently have. These types of permits are viewable.
    • Animal Permits
    • Licenses
    • Logging Permits
    • Import & Export Permits
    • Building Permits
  • Company Profile: This is information about your company. Will show the company avatar, Name, online/offline icon, and the comment section.
  • Search Section: This section is just as it sounds. It will allow you to search for any active player, or company by name. If you don’t know their names, you can search by the first few letters.

Interactions Menu

  • Auction house: Just as it sounds, this is where you will find all of FSN’s eventful auctions taking place. This is also where you will go to submit your own auctions, which have to be approved by a member of staff.
    • Player Land Auctions: This is where you would go to see if there is any land for sale by players.
    • Land Auctions: This is where you would go to see if there is any land for sale. These are the plots that are not owned by any players yet.
    • Equipment Auctions: This is where you would go to see if there is any equipment for sale by players.
    • Create Equipment Auction: This is where you go to create the auction for selling equipment.
      • Server: Choose the server the equipment is on.
      • Equipment Category: Input the type of equipment it is. (I.E. Small Tractor, Trailer, Plow, Etc.)
      • Equipment Name: The specific name of the equipment (I.E. New Holland T6, etc.)
      • Hours on equipment: Input the equipment’s hours here.
      • Picture URL: You can input a screenshot of the equipment here.
      • Starting Bid Amount: Input the starting bid you would like it to be.
      • Auction Length: Choose the length of your auction
      • Details: Input as much detail here about your equipment. Name, HP, options you have selected, etc.
      • Add to Auction Button: Click this once you’ve filled out all the other information required. This will submit it for review by staff, within 24 hours.
    • Create Land Auction: This is where you go to create the auction for selling your land.
      • Server: Choose the server the land is on.
      • Auction Type: Choose the type you would like
        • Sell Parcel: When the player wins the auction, they gain control of it.
        • Land Lease: When the player wins the auction, they are leasing the land from you for whatever the details are provided in the lease. Ensure you give good details on what you expect.
        • Field Working: Just as it says. They win the auction for the rights to work your field. Ensure you give good details on what you expect.
      • Parcel or Field ID: Input the ID of the field or parcel here.
      • Starting Bid type:
        • Cash: They pay cash when they win the auction
        • % of MV: They pay for a percentage of the market value
      • Starting Bid: Input the amount you’d like the bid to start at.
      • Auction Length: Choose the length of the auction
      • Lease or Field Work Length (If Straight Sale Leave as NA): Select the length you’d like using the drop down menu.
      • Details: Input any details of the land here. Previous buildings, land type, etc. Anything you would think is relevant.
      • Submit Land Auction for Approval: Click the button to submit your auction. Keep in mind, the auction doesn’t start until staff approves it.
  • Contract Center: Here is where you are able to see any contracts that are available, along with the seasonal contracts that become available. Note: Some contracts you may not be able to see due to the farm manager placing a restriction on who can accept them. (I.E. Setting it for contractors only).
    • Find Contract: This is the page you would start at when you clicked on contract center. But if you are in another section of the contract center, clicking this will get you back there.
    • Create a contract: This is where you would go to create any type of contract.
      • Type of Work: Select the type of work you would like done
      • Server: Choose the server the work is on.
      • Field Number: Input the field number associated with the work.
      • Details: Provide accurate details on what you would like to be done. This includes, but not limited to, washing equipment after the work, putting equipment away, etc.
      • Take bids: As of right now, you can only do straight pay, but there will be more to come on this down the road.
      • Max willing to pay: The max amount you are willing to pay someone for doing the work
      • Number of hours to accept: The timeframe you’d like the contract to remain open for someone to accept.
      • Restriction type: None, Contractors, or farm manager’s. Select if you want any restrictions on who can accept the contract.
      • Restriction class: More to come on this selection when it’s implemented.
      • Submit Contract: By selecting this, it will submit your contract for members to accept.
    • My contracts: This page shows you all the contracts that you have created.
    • Classifieds: This is where you would go to create or view classifieds that people have created. Think of these as specific jobs they would like to do.
      • Category: Select the type of classified you would like to create.
      • Ad Details: Provide as much accurate data as you can about the ad you are creating.
      • Submit Ad: Costs $100 to post which comes out of your web account on the site. This will then post your classified into the classified section.
  • Event Center
    • In-World Events: This feature is currently unavailable. More to come at a later time.
    • Out-World Events: This feature is currently unavailable. More to come at a later time.
    • Register: Racer & Race Team Registration
    • Sponsor Center: This feature is currently unavailable. More to come at a later time.
  • Investment Center: This is where you would go for any investment type of opportunities.
    • Bonds: Here you can purchase bonds. Keep in mind, any money invested in these remain until the end of the bond length that you have chosen. At the end, the bond is automatically paid out and credited to your web account.
      • Bond amount: Choose the amount you’d like to invest.
      • Bond Length: Choose the length of time you’d like the bond to mature.
      • Acquire a new bond button: Click this to submit and purchase the bond.
    • Stocks: Here you can invest in stocks that constantly move and change. You are able to buy or sell stocks at any time.
    • Venture Capitalism: Here you can find potential investors in your farm or business.
    • Charities: This feature is currently unavailable. More to come at a later time.
  • Competition Center: Lists current competitions, including Tough Clucker and Better Barns & Bargains Farm Fashion!
  • Permit Center: This is where you will purchase permits and renew them as necessary.
    • Animals: Here is where you will be able to purchase the permits related to animals. You need to ensure you have a permit if you have any animals on a server. One permit per pen is required. If a permit expires, it will show no data and you will have to purchase it again at the full price. If you choose to extend a permit before it expires, it will cost 20% less.

    • Logging: Here is where you are able to purchase permits for cutting trees. Ensure you are choosing the right server you are on when purchasing the permit.
      • Choose the amount of trees from the drop down menu.
      • Click the purchase button. This will submit it and on the right hand side will show you your current permits.
      • On the right hand side of the screen, if you purchased a permit it will show up here.
        • Server: Will show you the server the permit is for
        • Total trees left: This will show how many trees left in the permit
        • Number cut: Input the number of trees you have cut
        • Mark trees cut button: Once you have inputted a number into the number cut, click the button. It will submit the info to the database, and update your permit information accordingly.
    • Property: Here is where you would go to purchase property permits.
      • Building Permits: This is where you would submit your building permit to go to the inspectors. Once a permit is submitted, the inspector will come out and place the building down where you want it. Note: As of right now, while the inspector system is being built, you will purchase the permit and then place the building yourself.
        • Server: Choose the server the building will go on
        • Details of construction: providing as much detail as possible in where you want the building, etc. Recommendation would be to even landscape the ground in a different texture I.E. concrete instead of dirt, so the inspector knows where it’s going. Also include direction it needs to face, if the direction uses exact cardinal directions.
        • Buy Building Permit: Clicking this button will submit your permit. Please ensure you have everything exactly filled out before submitting.
      • Wildlife rehab permits: This feature is currently unavailable. More to come at a later time.
    • Skilled Trade: Here is where you can purchase the numerous skilled trade permits. Please read the descriptions on the site very carefully before purchasing.
      • Applicator License: Purchase this for spraying herbicide.
      • CDL: Purchase this for driving semis.
      • Horse Trainer: Needed for any contractor helping with training of horses on a farm
      • Mechanics License: Needed if you are to have a repair shop on your farm.
      • Licensed Timber Operator: Needed for anyone conducting logging operations larger than personal service.
      • State Agency Cert: Needed for anyone who wishes to complete training and be able to do police & inspector contracts.
    • Import/Export: Needed for moving goods or equipment to other countries to be sold or used. This feature is a work in progess.
  • Lotto Center: This is where you can participate in our lotto for FSN. There is a daily 3 and a highway bux. Drawing for the daily 3 is everyday, and the highway bux is on Tuesdays and Saturdays. All drawings are at 2200.
    • FSN Lottery Section
      • Daily 3
        • Buy Quick pick: This button is used to do as it says, buy a quick pick which randomizes your numbers.
        • Number selection: This is where you can use the drop down to select the 3 numbers you would like
        • Buy Ticket: After selecting your 3 numbers, click this to buy the lotto ticket.
      • Highway bux
        • Buy Quick pick: This button is used to do as it says, buy a quick pick which randomizes your numbers.
        • Number selection: This is where you can use the drop down to select 6 numbers you would like.
        • Buy Ticket: After selecting your 6 numbers, click this to buy the lotto ticket.
        • Winning Numbers: This section is where you would see the winning numbers of the current drawing/s.
      • Daily 3
        • Last drawing: Gives the last drawing that was recently done
        • Winning Numbers: The winning numbers
        • Choose winning ticket: This is where you would look through all tickets bought and check them to verify if you have any winning tickets.
        • Submit winning ticket for review: By clicking this button, it will submit any ticket you have selected. This will then be reviewed by a member of the FSN staff.
      • Highway Bux
        • Last drawing: Gives the last drawing that was recently done
        • Winning Numbers: The winning numbers
        • Choose winning ticket: This is where you would look through all tickets bought and check them to verify if you have any winning tickets.
        • Submit winning ticket for review: By clicking this button, it will submit any ticket you have selected. This will then be reviewed by a member of the FSN staff.
      • Winners: This section will show any winners who’s tickets have recently been approved by staff.
      • Payouts section: This is where you can view all the payouts for the Daily 3 and Highway Bux.
      • Your recent tickets: This will show you your recent tickets you have purchased.

Finances Menu

  • Accounting: Here you can see anything related to your finances. Liabilities, Assets, and Detailed Reporting (Coming Soon)
  • Banking: Here you can see the available banks to take loans from as well as access savings accounts.
  • Invoices: From here, you can see any incoming & outgoing invoices. It will list who it is from or to whom, the amount, the status, and option to view invoice.
    • Invoices Homepage: Use this button to go back to the homepage for the invoices. This will be the screen that you start on when you first go to the invoices page.
    • New Invoice: Click here if you want to create a new invoice.
      • Bill to: Click here to select who you want to the invoice to go to.
      • Create invoice: Click here to create the invoice after you have selected who will receive it.
      • Add another line invoice: This will be the first thing you need to do before sending the invoice.
        • Edit invoice: This will show you all the information so far about the invoice you are creating.
        • Add pre-made line item: If you had saved any lines for invoices, you can select them here by using the drop down boxes.
        • Add to invoice button: Once you have selected a pre-made line, you would click this to apply it.
        • Add custom line item: This is the section you would actually create the line for your invoice.
          • Add custom line item: Put in the description of the invoice. I.E. 4 pallets of solid fertilizer
          • Custom Price: Here is where you would put in the price of one and only one of the items for your invoice.
          • Quantity: Here is where you would specify how many of that item you are invoicing the receiver for.
          • Add to invoice: Click here once you have filled out everything for that “line”.
      • Send Invoice: Once you have added all the lines necessary for your invoice, ensure the total amount and who it is for is accurate. If so, then you would click this button to send the invoice.
    • New line item: This is the section you would go to in order to create the pre-made line items for when creating new invoices.
      • Line item name: Create a name for your line that you can easily identify.
      • Line item amount: Input the amount you would like the line item to be. Keep in mind this is for just one item. I.E. pallet of fertilizer. When you are creating the actual invoice, that is where you will specify how many.
          • Add new pre-made line item: Click this once you have filled out all the required information. This will submit and save the line item for future use when creating new invoices.
      • Ledger: This lists all of your financial transactions on FSN.

Data Menu

  • Ranking: This page lists top 10 companies based on NAV, contract givers, and contract takers.
  • Server Farms: This page lists all the servers and the farms that are located on them. It also lists the sponsors for each server.
  • Forecast Data: This page has a dropdown box where you can select a server and see the latest weather forecast.

Market Menu

  • In Game Store: This page is used to purchase in-game equipment.
  • Bales Barns & Beyond: This pages lists a large assortment of things you can spend golden bales on, from mod voting and site backgrounds, to the infamous chaos egg which may blow up in anyone's face!

  • Links to this wiki. Amazing isn't it!

Settings

  • This is your settings area. Here you can modify your account settings and preferences, as well as update any site perks you may have attained.
  • Country: This is where you can select the country you are from. This will reflect on your profile.
  • Personal avatar: Place the url link for the image you would like for your profile picture.
  • Company Image: Place the url link for the image you would like for your company image.
  • Company Override: Ability to switch companies. I.E. If a player runs a banks and a farm. Change this between to access the respective finances & assets.
  • Update general settings: Click this button to submit anything you have filled out in regards to the settings.
  • Vacation Mode: Ability to freeze your account for a certain cost per week.
